Zen means forward while inviting you to be still and present.
I invite you to be find this stillness while becoming completely present. Your session will offer you the opportunity to take a break, slow down your busy mind and will open up time to be completely present and relaxed so you can connect and be open to the process of healing. My intention is to allow you the space and to facilitate and help you move towards your healing journey and discover the joy of the mind-body-spirit connection.
